Free migrations are only available to paid BoldDesk customers on the Scale, Momentum, Enterprise, Essential, Pro, and Business plans.

We complete migrations as quickly as feasible. The timeframe will be determined by the complexity of your migration (as well as our present workload). After you submit your migration request, we will contact you via email to work out an estimate.
Customers must configure the ticket, contact, and contact group fields in a migration account by comparing their existing account before migrations begin.
Our expert migration service does not include custom coding. However, you may hire a developer to take care of getting the code to work with your difficult migration procedure.
BoldDesk can migrate data such as tickets, articles, tags, end users or contacts, and companies or contact groups. Records for these modules will retain the date and time of creation and modification, as well as the user who created them.
The customer must export the data from the current help desk vendor and share the file with the BoldDesk migration team.
Only currently open tickets are considered for the total ticket count. Closed tickets are not considered for the total ticket count.
