Why you should integrate Salesforce

View the Salesforce objects inside BoldDesk

The ticket requester information from Salesforce is displayed on the ticket details page when they are matched with an email address. You can also view the Salesforce information on the contact and contact group pages.

On the ticket detail page, the following Salesforce objects are available:
