The Salesforce integration lets support teams view their customer data from Salesforce in BoldDesk.

View Salesforce objects inside BoldDesk

When a customer submits a ticket in BoldDesk, their corresponding information from Salesforce is displayed on the ticket details page.

You can also view Salesforce information in BoldDesk's contact and contact group pages. 

On the ticket detail page, the following Salesforce objects are available: 

Role-based permissions for viewing Salesforce data

BoldDesk administrators can define roles to control which users can see information from Salesforce on the ticket details page.
