- If you opt for annual billing, you’ll receive a 20% discount compared to the monthly billing plan, helping you save on long‑term costs.
What happens after the 1‑year free period ends?
- The BoldDesk team will reach out 30 days before your 1‑year free period ends to remind you and explain your options.
- At that point, you can:
- Upgrade to a paid subscription and continue using BoldDesk without interruption, or
- Cancel the service at any time if you no longer need it, with no obligation to continue.
- This gives you ample time to decide what works best for your business.
What terms and conditions apply?
- The BoldDesk End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to this offer.
- If incorrect or false information is provided regarding nonprofit eligibility, BoldDesk reserves the right to withdraw the benefits and recover any discounts that were applied.
