Using Ticket Views or Saved Filters

The two filters available to filter the tickets on the ticket list page for agents are:

  1. Basic filters – Supports the limited system fields for filtering.
  2. Advanced filters – Supports the custom fields and advanced conditions for filtering.

You can filter the tickets and save them for the future using these filters. Apart from these, some predefined filters are available.
