How to Set Article Expiry Date?

The Article Expiry option is used to set the expiration date for the respective article. An article will no longer be available in the self-service portal after it has expired.

Setting article expiry date

The user can set the article expiry date when creating or editing an article. If you don’t want to set an expiration date, you can leave it blank, and the published article will remain visible indefinitely.
