Resending a Verification or Invitation Email to Contact

Sometimes, customers may report that they are not received an invitation/verification email. To resend a verification email, open a contact who is not verified and click Send Verification Email. This option will not be visible if the contact is already verified, deleted, or blocked.

Alternatively, use the Send Verification Email option in the Contact List view action menu.

Note: To perform this action, an agent should enable the Create or edit contact permission.
