How to Reset or Change the Sequence Numbering of Tickets

In certain cases, you may need to change ticket numbering to start from a higher number or delete tickets and restart them from 1.

For such requests please create a support request by dropping us an email at from your account owner email ID, mentioning your Tenant URL and new sequence number for ticket.
