How to Impersonate or Assume the Identity of Another Agent

Impersonating an Agent
Sometimes you may find a use case to impersonate an agent account for checking on the issues which the agent reports. To impersonate an agent, follow the steps below:
- Open the profile of the agent whom you want to impersonate and Click Impersonate.
- After impersonating an agent there will be a message at the top denoting the agent has been impersonated.
Note:
- Agent who has any permission related to the admin module cannot be impersonated.
- Unverified agents cannot be impersonated.
Removing Impersonation
You can remove an agent from impersonation by clicking Remove Impersonation on the displayed message.
