How to Impersonate or assume the Identity of another agent

Impersonating an Agent

Sometimes you may find a use case to impersonate an agent account for checking on the issues which the agent reports. To impersonate an agent, follow the steps below:

  1.  Open the profile of the agent whom you want to impersonate and Click Impersonate.
  1. After impersonating an agent there will be a message at the top denoting the agent has been impersonated.

Note:

  • Agent who has any permission related to the admin module cannot be impersonated
  • Unverified agents cannot be impersonated.

Removing Impersonation

You can remove an agent from impersonation by clicking Remove Impersonation on the displayed message.
