How to Generate a BoldDesk API Key?

Follow the steps to generate an API Key to access API,

1. Go to the profile page {your domain}/agent/personal settings.

2. In the API Keys tab, click the Create API Key and enter the Identification Name and click Create. An identification name is a friendly name used to differentiate your API key. The API key token will be generated.

3. Copy and save the API key token securely. Please ensure that you securely copy and store your API key as it will not be displayed again for security reasons once this dialog is closed.

4. Pass the copied token in the HTTP header while making the API Request.
