Using the column chooser, agents can customize the ticket grid view based on fields they want to show in the grid, and a maximum of 15 fields can be selected. Also, it allows setting the custom fields.
For customizing the ticket grid view, go to Ticket List Page > Grid View > Columns. The dropdown menu appears. You can select the required fields to display and click Apply.
You can reorder the fields by using the Reorder option.
Drag and drop the columns and click Apply.
